Refunds & Returns Policies
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us through online customer service and obtain a return address
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any return issues, you can contact us through online customer service at any time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order after ordering and if the item received is defective, damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and package the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us online.
