1. Refund and Return Policy:At Camping KK, we pride ourselves on supplying high-quality outdoor and 4x4 equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  2. 30-Day Change of Mind Returns
    If you order the wrong item, or simply change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of dispatch/pickup. To be eligible for a Change of Mind return, the following strict criteria apply:

    The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original unopened packaging, and in a 100% resalable condition.

    Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

    Restocking Fee: A 15% administrative and restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. This covers warehouse handling for bulky goods like roof racks, awnings, and tents.

    Freight Costs: Original shipping and delivery costs are completely non-refundable. You are fully responsible for the return shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during return transit.

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    We cannot accept returns for:

    • Products that have been assembled, installed, or used (e.g., roof racks fitted to a vehicle).

    • Items without their original packaging or with damaged packaging.

    • Clearance items, factory seconds, or gift cards.

  4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
    If your item arrives damaged in transit, or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.

    Transit Damage: Must be reported to us within48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

    Warranty Claims: Please refer to the specific warranty period provided on the product page (e.g., for electric awnings, shower tents, etc.). We may require photos, videos, or the return of the item for assessment before providing a repair, replacement, or refund.

  5. Return Process (How to Return)
    Please DO NOT return any items to our warehouse without prior approval.

    Request Approval: Email us at campingkk22@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

    Get an RA Number: If approved, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return warehouse address.

    Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable freight service with transport insurance, especially for high-value bulky items (like the SG-Summit Gear X-ONE).

    Inspection & Refund: Once our Sydney warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it meets our conditions, we will process your refund (minus applicable fees) to your original payment method, within5-10 business days.
