Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping at Camping KK. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Local Pickup (Sydney Warehouse)
We offer free local pickup from our Sydney warehouse for all items, including bulky goods like roof racks, awnings, and tents.

Pickup Location: Unit 1, 123 Example Street, Silverwater NSW 2128]

Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM]

How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email confirmation before arriving. You must present your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID upon collection.

2. Shipment Processing Time
All standard orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in New South Wales (NSW).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Bulky Goods & Freight Shipping
Due to the size and weight of our premium outdoor gear (such as the SG-Summit Gear X-ONE roof racks, electric awnings, and shower tents), we utilize specialized heavy freight couriers, including StarTrack and other reliable transport partners.

Physical Address Required: We cannot deliver bulky freight to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. A valid residential or commercial street address must be provided at checkout.

Delivery Assistance: For extremely heavy or oversized items, the courier driver may require assistance from an able-bodied person to unload the goods at your delivery address. If a tailgate drop is required, additional fees may apply.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions of the items, and your delivery postcode.

Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): Estimated 3-5 business days.

Regional & Remote Areas (WA, NT, TAS, Far North QLD): Estimated 7-14 business days.
(Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak trading seasons or severe weather events across Australia.)

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Damages in Transit
Please inspect your items carefully immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please explicitly note the damage with the delivery driver before signing for the freight. Contact us within 48 hours at campingkk22@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself. We will work with you to file a claim with the freight carrier and resolve the issue.
